Certified Pre-owned
Pool Tables

Buying a new pool table may seem like a substantial investment that depreciates rapidly. On the other hand, purchasing used pool tables can involve considerable effort and risk. Without the right knowledge, you could end up with an inferior table or one requiring extensive work, resulting in unexpected expenses.

Our Certified Pre-owned Tables eliminate the uncertainty, providing you with high-quality tables that are practically in brand-new condition at just a fraction of the cost. Wondering what “Certified Pre-Owned” entails? It’s our assurance that the table you’re buying has met our rigorous quality standards, guaranteeing excellent playability, aesthetic appeal, and remarkable value for money. Each table undergoes thorough inspection before purchase and necessary maintenance work to meet our high standards.

Additionally, all tables come with brand new Championship Invitational cloth (your choice of color) AND professional installation INCLUDED in the price. We’re confident that when you compare our offerings to the cost and hassle of sourcing a used table independently, our tables will clearly emerge as the smarter choice.

We mainly list our tables on Facebook Marketplace. Below, you’ll find a selection of our current online listings. We typically have a rotating stock of 10-12 tables on hand for sale, so if nothing catches your eye immediately, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for information about additional tables we may have available or are due to receive shortly.

We’re also always on the lookout for quality tables ourselves. If you’re considering selling your table, we’d love to hear about it. Check out the links below for tables we currently have listed online. If you don’t spot anything that aligns with your taste, contact us for unlisted inventory. If we still haven’t matched your needs, we’re more than willing to find a table tailored to your specific requirements.

Below are some of our current listings, but please note that this may not represent our full inventory. Each item is linked to our Facebook Marketplace listings for each table. If there are no tables listed below, we are simply still gathering inventory, please feel free to contact us for any pending listings.

Frequently Asked Questions

To the best of our ability, yes. We get pictures while tables are assembled at pick up site. However, all tables go through an inspection and reconditioning phase once back in our custody. So the picture would actually be the “worst” image available of the table, as the cloth is new and chosen by customers, and any dressing up of table is taken care of as well before delivery. To stand by our commitment, we offer a 100% money back guarantee that all of our tables will meet, if not exceed, our customers expectations upon delivery and setup. If not, we refund money, pack up and return home. We have yet to have to honor this warranty.

No. In most cases, the cloth can be reinstalled without issue. However, there is a tremendous savings in having the cloth replaced at the time of a move since we are already on site and have the table disassembled. It is a great time to change the color or grade of the cloth. Savings can run as high as $150 over a recloth service by itself.

Great question. First and foremost, both grades of cloth we sell are excellent cloth options. Championship Invitational is the most common choice for social players with home tables. It is a woolen cloth that has a Teflon treatment from the factory to prevent stains and maintain a great appearance. We would consider Invitational the “best bang for the dollar” cloth and offers 23 color options.

Championship Tour Edition cloth is the choice of cloth for serious players or those wanting the truest level of play on their table. It is a worsted cloth that does not offer a Teflon treatment, but offers a faster speed of play and is more durable for tables that see a lot more play. Most of your commercial establishments will have Tour Edition or another worsted cloth option.

Pricing varies on a number of factors for recovering pool tables. Size of table, type of table, type of cloth, etc. All of these factors can vary greatly and need to be discussed before any pricing is finalized. Foundational costs can be found on our Services Page. However, we recommend a conversation with one of our table specialist to help you determine the best solution for your particular needs and budget.

Installation times can vary depending on a number of factors. When you setup your appointment with our team, they should be able to give you some timeframes for the work to be completed. On average, installation times range from 2-5 hours.

This is such a great question, however, the answer really depends on your preference. It is much like buying a house or car. Some people simply like the idea of having something brand new with no history or potential risk of something being wrong and not seen. While others are willing to take a little risk to save some money and get a great deal. The final factor is quality and cost preferences.

If a buyer isn’t interested in longevity and high quality of play, then they can find a fairly inexpensive new table for as little as $500. However, these tables do not have slate foundations, are not made of solid wood frames and will tear up quickly compared to a quality table that does have slate and solid wood framing. Furthermore, these tables will not play near as well as a quality pool table that retails for several thousand dollars.

For the most part, we would recommend someone buy used. There are several reasons for this. First off is that pool tables depreciate really fast and they are not the easiest to sell. Many people who buy tables and then need to sell them due to moving, downsizing, or other reasons find that the market is flooded with pool tables for sell, and they can’t get anywhere near their initial investment back out of the table regardless of our expensive it was initially. This is what makes buying a used table the best option, in our opinion. Furthermore, should you find yourself needing to sell your table, you will not have to take the depreciation hit and can probably get most, if not all, of your money back out of your table.

The key to buying used though, is knowing what to look for and knowing how much to pay. This takes experience and knowledge about pool tables. This is an area that we have helped many customers with for a small commission fee, and the follow on work of moving and repairing any needs the table has. We help identify the need and preference the customer has, establish a budget and then we go to work seeking a seller that meets the needs of our client. In most cases, our clients spend $1,200 – $1,500 in total and end up with a completely moved, setup and recondition table that would have cost them $4,000 – $6,000 otherwise.

If you are interested in such a service, just give us a call and let us know.

With a used table you can usually get a table for as little as 20% of it’s retail cost. Furthermore, since the table has to be moved and re-setup, you can combine that expense with getting any updates to the table made (cushions, felt, etc.). After everything is said and done, you could have an incredible table for over half of what retail would have cost.

Moving a pool table is not a task to be taken lightly. Unlike other furniture pieces, pool tables are designed to be assembled and left untouched. If you find yourself needing to relocate a table, simply flipping it on its side and hauling it out the door can lead to irreversible damage and potential injuries.

Properly moving a pool table requires expertise and specialized tools. In most cases, the table needs to be completely disassembled and each piece carefully transported. This is why professional table moving services, like ours, come at a cost. The investment is well worth it to ensure the protection of your table and the creation of the best playing environment.

Even if you purchase a used table, it’s important to factor in the expense of professional moving and setup. By doing so, you guarantee the preservation of your investment and the optimal playing experience. Trusting professionals with the knowledge and tools to handle every step of the process will give you peace of mind and protect the integrity of your beloved pool table.

Whether you’re relocating your table or purchasing a pre-owned one, remember the significance of entrusting the moving and setup to experts. Our team has the experience, tools, and know-how to safely transport and reassemble your pool table, ensuring it remains a cherished centerpiece for years to come. Don’t compromise on the quality of your investment or the enjoyment of your game. Let us handle the art of moving your pool table, leaving you with a perfectly set-up playing surface that will stand the test of time.
