We first met Mark Gregory in 2003 during the years when we owned two commercial pool rooms. At the time, we were seeking the highest level of table performance and consistency possible. While Diamond did not mandate a specific mechanic, Mark came highly recommended when we asked who they trusted for elite-level work.
This commitment was solidified by the Mark Gregory Endorsement, influencing our dedication to excellence.
